Valorisation of apples

As part of its value-adding projects, Partage is looking for volunteers to help add value to apples, with the aim of extending their shelf life and redistributing them to needy people in the canton. Volunteers help run our recycling chain: sorting apple slices, placing them on grids for dehydration and then packing them into bags.

The workshop is run by four volunteers, supported by our Recycling Workshop Manager, on mornings from Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 11.45 am at our premises in Plan-les-Ouates (19A, route de la Galaise, 1228 Plan-les-Ouates).

Emergency Aid

Preparation of food bags

The economic crisis linked to the Covid-19 has greatly increased precariousness in Geneva.

Thousands of people have found themselves in difficult situations and are struggling to feed themselves properly.

The volunteer’s job is to prepare bags of food and hygiene products for delivery to the various sites in the canton of Geneva that distribute them to people receiving food aid.

Other one-time events

Partage has occasional volunteer needs throughout the year. If you wish, we can add you to our list of volunteers and we will contact you via bulk email at these events.
